Refund policy
We understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart on your purchase, or sometimes damage occurs during the natural course of shipping, or in the case you are not completely satisfied with your product/order and in these situations we will do all we can to help make things right. Any order issues should be addressed through our Customer Service team (info@nadorahome.net) and by following the procedures outlined below. We do not advise to open any chargebacks or disputes with your bank/credit card payment provider. Any instances where one is opened on a valid charge or purchase may result in a minimum fee of $15 per item being disputed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. With costs involved and being a small business, we do not provide return shipping labels at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are returning a product due to damage or defect, we will require photo images of the product with your return request prior to processing return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, real flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns with Nadora Home
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your purchase from Nadora Home. We’re confident that the design details and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply, and the item must be in its original condition to be accepted.
We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are received as defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective or damaged item within 14 days of delivery date. We require photo evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.
The listed items below are ineligible for refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Personalized or monogrammed Items
- Gift Cards
- Items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery
- Lost or stolen items
- Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not offer refunds for undelivered items on orders where the tracking states it has been delivered. In special cases, we may offer reshipments.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring that they can receive all packages. Packages that are unable to be delivered, are delivered to the incorrect address as a result of the customer's error, or are refused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. If applicable, reshipment fees will apply.

RefundsCancellations of Orders
Orders placed online are automatically released for processing and we may not be able to accommodate all cancellation requests. However, if you would like to request a cancellation, we require that this request be sent to info@nadorahome.net within 24 hours of completing your purchase. While cancellation is not guaranteed, we will do our very best to accommodate each request when possible and be in touch with you as soon as possible.
