Shipping policy

We will package and ship your order in a prompt fashion. We start working on your order within 24 business hours or less from when it is placed. Orders placed are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment, with domestic shipments usually taking 3 - 8 days to receive. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number for your order the same day your order is shipped.  Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.  While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Nadora Home cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, carrier delays, COVID-19, etc.

It is not possible to reroute a package once it has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for this service and will vary by order. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Where do we ship?

Nadora Home is currently shipping only within the United States. International shipping is not yet available at Nadora Home. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us with your inquiry at info@nadorahome.net

Items Out Of Stock
If an item ordered is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you within 24 hours of order being placed and you will have the opportunity to wait for your item given the expected date to receive in stock or cancel order for that item if you should choose.  If you placed an order containing several products, we will ship the products that are currently available in stock and ship the remaining items once they become in stock and available.  

Delivery Timeliness 
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time provided on your shipment tracking, please contact us immediately so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon shipping of your product(s), you will be provided an email with a tracking number and information from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
